As young, fresh students at Howard University we all had illustrious dreams and aspirations about where music would lead us. This mindset began to shift for me in particular when I had a paradigm shift and started to think about not where the music would lead my career but how I would design the type of music career I envisioned and so longed for. My esteemed panelists come from all different walks of life- some with bachelors degrees in music, some with masters in music some with doctoral degrees in music, some with law degrees, some with Master of Education, Master of Special Education, even some with no degree at all. But what do they all have in common? They were each able to manifest and design a music career for themselves were they are thriving and loving the work they are doin. 

As a panel you will hear from each individual about how they achieved the level in their career they've reached and what steps they took to get there. As musicians you will get to hear us perform some incredible music. And as a team you will hear how we've all supported each other in some way, shape, or form to get to where we are today.
